Paul advises clients on creating websites which are search engine
friendly without necessarily having to change current designs and
layouts. For skillsearch.co.uk he was responsible for building a
search engine optimized recruitment site, where although the content
on the website is dynamic, it was still available to Google and
other search engines. For Lawrecruiter he built a system allowing
partners to embed Lawrecruiter searches on their own sites, allowing
the partners to re-brand the results as required.
Paul created a web spider and search system for the UK branch of
an international recruitment agency. This would automatically find
CVs after seeding with some relevant URLs. Between 1997 and 2000
Paul was at the Brighton Society for the Blind, advising IT staff
in website usability for visually impaired people, creating a website,
raising funds and teaching. He created a website for Blatchington
Court Trust in 1998, the framework of which is still being used
for their current information.
